Criminal Procedure - Service of Arrest Warrants
Adding to requirements relating to a police officer's authority to
arrest without limitation as to jurisdiction by requiring that the
primary law enforcement officer of the jurisdiction in which the
arrest takes place be given advance notice of the arrest; specifying
that a police officer of the jurisdiction in which the arrest takes
place need not be present unless the primary law enforcement officer
of the jurisdiction in which the arrest takes place orders it; etc.
