Video Lottery Terminals - Constitutional Amendment Subject to Voter Approval

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the statutory expansion of forms of gaming, except for video lottery terminals, by the General Assembly; limiting the number of licenses that the State may issue to operate video lottery terminals to six; limiting the number of video lottery terminals at a specified facility that a video lottery facility licensee may operate to 3,000; prohibiting the State from issuing a license for a video lottery facility under specified circumstances; etc.
