Higher Education - State Plan - Mission Statements - Quadrennial Review

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to submit a review of the State Plan for Higher Education to the Governor and to the General Assembly every 4 years instead of every 2 years; requiring that the president of each public institution of higher education update the institution's mission statement within a year of the review of the State Plan for Higher Education; and requiring regional higher education centers to update the center's mission statement within a year of the review of the State Plan for Higher Education.
