Election Law - One-Stop Absentee Ballot Voting Process

Synopsis:

Establishing a one-stop absentee ballot voting process; requiring local boards of elections to conduct one-stop absentee ballot voting at specified times, and authorizing the boards to be open for one-stop absentee ballot voting at specified other times, prior to an election; specifying procedures and requirements for local boards and for voters using the one-stop absentee ballot voting process; authorizing specified persons to file challenges against specified voters under specified circumstances; etc.
