Juvenile Services - Limitations on Place of Confinement

Synopsis:

Providing that persons who are 21 years of age or older who are alleged to have committed a delinquent act while a child may not be detained in a juvenile facility; and requiring persons who are 21 years of age or older who are alleged to have committed a delinquent act while a child to be confined to specified correctional facilities.
