Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "release" to include specified circumstances; establishing a definition of "transient" to apply to nonresident registrants who enter a county for a specified period of time; establishing registration requirements for transient registrants; requiring registration of specified information by registrants on work release; and adding specified registration duties to supervising authorities and local law enforcement units.
