Synopsis:

Providing that specified provisions of law do not make illegal the activity of a person engaged in the business of insurance with respect to conduct regulated by the Maryland Insurance Commissioner or authorized by specified provisions of law; providing that specified provisions of the Act may not be construed to prevent the application of specified provisions of law to persons who agree to or engage in specified acts; and making a specified stylistic change.
