Providing that a private group home may be organized as a nonprofit or organized wholly or partly for profit; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to serve as a point of entry for persons desiring information on recovery housing programs; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide specified information about recovery housing programs to specified persons; etc.
