Registers of Wills and Clerks of the Courts - Service Retirement Allowance

Synopsis:

Altering the years of creditable service that a member of the Employees' Retirement System or Employees' Pension System who is a Register of Wills or a Clerk of the Court on or after July 1, 2005, is required to accrue to qualify for a normal service retirement allowance.
