Establishing the crime of intentionally causing or attempting to cause serious physical injury to another person knowing or having reason to know that the other person is at least 65 years old; establishing the crime of committing an assault with a firearm on another person knowing or having reason to know that the other person is at least 65 years old; establishing the crime of assault on another person knowing or having reason to know that the other person is at least 65 years old; etc.
