Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $25,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Old Wallville School, Inc. for the relocation from St. Leonard to Prince Frederick, and the renovation, repair, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Old Wallville School, the oldest African American school building in Calvert County; etc.
