Washington County - Electrical Board - Adoption of Regulations

Synopsis:

Requiring the Washington County Electrical Board to adopt regulations for the approval of specified licensing agreements, the enforcement of codes and specified permitting issues, and providing timely notice of meetings; requiring the Washington County Commissioners to either approve or reject specified regulations prior to the Washington County Electrical Board's adoption of these regulations; and requiring the Washington County Electrical Board to give notice of the adoption of specified regulations.
