Authorizing the County Commissioners of Washington County to adopt regulations for restricting the growth of nonnoxious weeds within Washington County; authorizing the County Commissioners of Washington County to convert unpaid charges made against any real property within Washington County for the removal of nonnoxious weeds and debris, to liens against the real property; etc.
