Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administrator to publish lists of specified protective headgear and eye-protective devices, by name and type, that meet standards and specifications established under specified regulations; authorizing the Administrator to publish the lists required under the Act on the MVA's website; requiring the Administration to provide copies of the lists to specified individuals upon request made in person; etc.
