State Personnel - Mentoring Youth Leave with Pay

Synopsis:

Providing that State employees may be entitled to mentoring youth leave with pay; establishing the maximum number of hours of mentoring youth leave to mentor youth in the State Juvenile Services System; providing that an employee be qualified to mentor youth by the Department of Juvenile Services; providing that an employee may use mentoring youth leave after obtaining approval from the employee's appointing authority; requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management to adopt specified regulations; etc.
