Synopsis:

Requiring the Emergency Medical Services Board to adopt regulations that provide for the reimbursement of patient transport by a licensed commercial air ambulance service; requiring the regulations to specify that a licensed commercial air ambulance service may collect a specified amount for services under specified circumstances; requiring regulations to specify that when aeromedical transport is performed by a licensed commercial air ambulance service, specified individuals may submit a claim for a specified amount; etc.
