Health Care Practices and Facilities - Closure - Patient Medical Records

Synopsis:

Requiring the owner of a health care practice or facility that decides to close the health care practice or facility to give each patient, at least 30 days before the closing, specified information regarding the retrieval of the patient's medical records; and providing that the owner of a health care practice or facility is in violation of specified laws for failure to comply with the provisions of the Act.
