Regional Institutes for Children and Adolescents - Funding

Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that the State and local governments collectively share the costs of educating children with disabilities who are in a regional institute for children and adolescents; requiring the costs of a specified contract between the State and the local education agency of Prince George's County be determined in a specified manner; requiring the State to fund each regional institute for children and adolescents at a specified level; etc.
