Commercial Law - Maryland Gasohol and Gasoline Products Marketing Act
- Credit Cards - Use and Processing
Providing that distributors under the Maryland Gasohol and Gasoline
Products Marketing Act may not, directly or indirectly, require
dealers to process credit cards through specified persons or prohibit
dealers from making modifications to enable the dealers to process
credit cards through a source selected by the dealer; clarifying that
distributors are prohibited from taking specified actions; and
providing that any provision of a marketing agreement that violates
specified provisions of law is void and unenforceable.
