Commercial Law - Maryland Gasohol and Gasoline Products Marketing Act - Remedies - Recovery of Fees

Synopsis:

Providing that specified dealers that prevail in an action brought to enforce any provision of the Maryland Gasohol and Gasoline Products Marketing Act shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's and expert witness fees; and authorizing specified marketing agreements to provide for the recovery in specified actions of reasonable attorney's or expert witness fees by a distributor only if the court makes a specified finding.
