Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administrator to appoint a Medical Advisory Board; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, together with specified entities, to define disorders or conditions that could impair an individual's ability to operate a motor vehicle safely; specifying who may file specified reports with the Board; granting immunity to specified persons under specified circumstances; etc.
