Synopsis:

Providing that Prince George's County may not set a homestead credit percentage less than 105% for any taxable year, until an 800 megahertz communications tower for homeland security use in the county has been purchased and erected; requiring the Department of Assessments and Taxation to certify specified information to the governing body of Prince George's County; requiring that specified property tax revenue be used only to obtain an 800 megahertz communications tower for homeland security use in Prince George's County; etc.
