Synopsis:

Making the attorney for the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's County eligible for specified health and retirement benefits; and authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to approve the transfer of one Class D beer and light wine license with an off-sale privilege from a specified alcoholic beverages district to another specified alcoholic beverages district for use on a specified premises.
