Synopsis:

Redistricting the school board districts of Prince George's County to increase the number of districts from five to six; requiring that all members of the Prince George's County School Board be elected on a nonpartisan basis; requiring that six of the members of the Prince George's County School Board be elected from the school board districts; requiring that three of the Prince George's County School Board be elected at large; providing for the terms of office of the members of the School Board; etc.
