Authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's
County to require an applicant for a transfer or assignment of a
specified alcoholic beverages license to meet specified requirements;
providing that the requirements do not apply to applicants of Class C
licenses; specifying a specified limit on a specified capital
expenditure that the Board may require; and requiring the Board to
adopt specified regulations.
