Synopsis:

Exempting specified elevator units from elevator law; defining a specified term; requiring an owner or lessee of an elevator unit to reregister prior to expiration of a certificate; requiring a contractor, owner, or lessee to provide specified notice regarding inspection; authorizing the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to prohibit use of an elevator unit after inspection reveals specified problems; etc.
