Requiring specified dealers of specified motor vehicles to make a
reasonable good faith effort to obtain a specified loan interest rate
for a consumer buyer purchasing a motor vehicle from the dealer and to
offer that interest rate to the consumer buyer; requiring a dealer to
provide a financing disclosure form to a consumer buyer before the
sale of a motor vehicle to the consumer buyer; specifying the contents
of the form; requiring the form to be signed by the consumer buyer and
the dealer; etc.
