Providing for the registration of off-the-road vehicles; prohibiting the operation of an off-the-road vehicle on a highway except under specified circumstances, on a public sidewalk, or on a controlled access highway; prohibiting the operation of an unregistered off-the-road vehicle; prohibiting the operation of an off-the-road vehicle during specified nighttime hours; prohibiting the operation of an off-the-road vehicle by a person under a specified age except when being supervised; etc.
