Maryland Medbank Program - Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Maryland Medbank Program to report by September 1, 2005, to the Governor and General Assembly on the effect on participation in the Maryland Medbank Program of the implementation and availability of specified prescription drug programs, the effect on specified Medbank costs, and efforts by Medbank to reduce specified expenses.
