Property Tax - Reassessment of New Construction and Transferred Property

Synopsis:

Creating a new subclass of real property for property tax purposes for specified real property that during the previous year has either been transferred for consideration to a new owner or has had substantially completed improvements that have added between $50,000 and $300,000 of value to the real property; providing that the assessment of specified real property is its market value until a specified time and under specified circumstances; etc.
