Synopsis:

Providing a process for establishing legislative districts; requiring a specified advisory commission to hold specified hearings; providing for public notice, time periods, and processes for conducting public meetings; directing the Executive Director of the Department of Legislative Services to oversee the process and development of legislative districting plans by the Department; and prohibiting specified employees from discussing specified information; etc.
