Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to collect and disseminate to specified providers specified information on best practices; altering the licensing requirements for specified assisted living and related programs; defining the term "housing programs"; altering the duties of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in connection with specified housing programs; providing for civil and criminal penalties relating to the operation of specified housing programs; etc.
