Synopsis:

Establishing the Disabled Veterans and Dependent Tuition Reduction Program; providing for the eligibility requirements; requiring eligible institutions to reduce the amount of a qualifying individual's tuition by 10%; and providing for the duration of a qualifying individual's tuition assistance.
