Income Tax - Credit for Homeland Security Expenses

Synopsis:

Allowing specified business entities a credit against the State income tax for specified expenses incurred for the purchase and installation of specified security devices and security guard services provided for a premises owned or operated by the business entity if the premises is identified by Homeland Security officials as a target of opportunity for terrorist attacks; limiting the total amount of credits a business entity may claim in any calendar year to $100,000; etc.
