Assisted Living Programs - Services and Facilities Search Engine

Synopsis:

Requiring the Office of Health Care Quality to develop a web page with a search engine that assists consumers of assisted living services in finding assisted living services and facilities in this State that meet the consumer's needs; requiring the Office to model the search engine on information provided in Appendix II of the federal Government Accounting Office report GAO-04-684; and requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations.
