Motor Vehicles - Motor Scooters, Mopeds, and Minibikes - Prohibition on Highways, Sidewalks, and Public Areas

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from operating specified motor vehicles on highways, sidewalks, or any other public areas; providing that a person may only operate specified motor vehicles on private property with the property owner's permission; repealing specified rules of the road for motor scooters; and repealing provisions of law establishing the moped operator's permit; etc.
