Requiring the Workers' Compensation Commission to evaluate, on an
annual basis, injured workers' access to health care and to include
specified information in a specified report; requiring the Commission,
by a specified date, to adopt regulations setting a specified
treatment schedule; requiring the Commission to conduct a specified
review and evaluation by a specified date and every 3 years
thereafter; and requiring the Commission to make appropriate revisions
to a specified treatment schedule.
