Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $4,000,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Associated
Catholic Charities, Inc. for the design and construction of a building
to house Our Daily Bread, Christopher Place, and St. Jude's Employment
Center, and for the design and renovation of a building to house My
Sister's Place; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds,
subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a
matching fund; etc.
