Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $200,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Fayette Street Outreach Organization, Inc. for the planning, design,
repair, renovation, and construction of two buildings that will be
remodeled into one building to serve as office space for the Fayette
Outreach Organization, Inc. and a community center, located in
Baltimore City; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
