Department of Human Resources - Purchase of Child Care Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Purchase of Child Care Program within the Department of Human Resources; providing for the purpose of the Program; authorizing the Secretary of Human Resources to implement the Program and adopt specified regulations; requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget for specified fiscal years a specified appropriation for the Program; and defining specified terms.
