Synopsis:

Authorizing the administration of a urine sample test of specified drivers to determine the drug or controlled dangerous substance content of the person's urine; authorizing a police officer, police employee, or qualified medical person to obtain a specimen of urine from specified persons under specified circumstances; requiring that urine testing under the Act be conducted by specified qualified persons; etc.
