Entitled:
Maryland Quality Home Care Services Act

Synopsis:

Transferring the Office of Personnel Assistance Services and the Attendant Care Program of the Office from the Department of Human Resources to the Department of Disabilities; repealing a specified Advisory Committee; repealing a specified reporting requirement; establishing the Personal Assistance Services Advisory Committee; and requiring the Committee to submit specified reports to the Governor and General Assembly by October 1 of each year.
