Synopsis:

Providing that a specified type of residential intensive treatment program is appropriate for specified individuals convicted of or placed on probation for specified driving offenses; and requiring the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration to adopt regulations relating to standards for alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs that include specified residential intensive treatment programs.
