Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $10,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Johns Hopkins Health System, Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of the Pediatric Trauma Center at the Children's and Maternal Health Center and the Cardiovascular and Critical Care Tower on the John Hopkins East Baltimore Campus, located in Baltimore; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
