Workers' Compensation - Students in Unpaid Work-Based Learning Experiences - Waiver

Synopsis:

Authorizing the parent or guardian of a student involved in an unpaid work-based learning experience with a sole proprietor to provide a specified waiver stating that the student shall not be considered a covered employee for the purposes of coverage under the State workers' compensation laws; and requiring each county board of education to develop a specified waiver form.
