Motor Vehicles - Learners' Permits and Provisional Licenses - Prohibition on Use of a Wireless Communication Device While Driving

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the holder of a learner's instructional permit or provisional driver's license from using specified types of wireless communication devices while operating a motor vehicle; providing for specified exceptions; defining terms; authorizing a police officer to enforce the Act only as a secondary action; etc.
