Criminal Law - Intimidation of Witnesses

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from causing another person to induce false testimony or avoidance of subpoena; making it a felony to induce false testimony or avoidance of subpoena; increasing the maximum penalty of imprisonment to 20 years for inducing false testimony or avoidance of subpoena; altering the jurisdiction of the juvenile court to exclude a child at least 16 years old alleged to have induced false testimony or avoidance of subpoena; etc.
