Entitled:
Election Law - Voting Systems - Independent Verification of Accuracy

Synopsis:

Requiring that all voting systems certified by the State Board of Elections include or accommodate a methodology established by the State Board for the independent verification of the accuracy of the voting system; altering the definition of a term; specifying that an independent verification methodology may include specified features; providing for the application of the Act; and requiring the Governor to allocate specified resources to implement the requirements of the Act.
