Aging - Congregate Housing - Civil Money Penalties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of Aging to impose civil money penalties against congregate housing providers; establishing requirements for the content of a notice of a civil money penalty; and providing that a provider has the right to appeal a civil money penalty in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
