Criminal Procedure - Sexual Crimes Involving a Minor - Term of Probation

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order probation for a specified defendant convicted of sexual abuse or sexual offense crimes involving a minor for a time longer than the sentence imposed but not longer than 10 years for probation ordered in a circuit court or 6 years for probation ordered in the District Court.
